Description
PE100-RC type pipe system is characterised by:
- Easy to load, transport, and install, increased resistance to mechanical damages;
- Easy connection of pipes by using wide range of fittings;
- Reuse of the trench allows for shorter installation time and lower costs;
- May be used in open cut (trenchless method);
- Service life >100 years at 20 oC (HESSEL, Ingenieurtechnik GmbH; ISO 4427; 4437).
Advantages of PE100-RC:
- Environmental stress crack resistance during continuos exploitation;
- Increased resistance to local deformation;
- Increased resistance to mechanical damages;
- Creased resistance to tension;
- Low resistance to flow;
- Chemical and biological inertness;
- Material neutral to the environment: polyethylene is 100% recyclable and reusable.
